HISTORY:

Ganesh is a Hindu god who meets with other gods at Elysian Fields Hotel and talks with them about the upcoming Judeo-Christian Apocalypse and finding a way to stop it. Later, he was killed by Lucifer after trying to kill the archangel.

CHARACTERISTICS:

His true form seems to be that of an Indian elephant, but he can appear human. When appearing human, he is shown to be an overweight, middle-aged man.

5.19 Hammer of the Gods

He is first seen when Dean walks past his room and notices a elephant picking up a towel. Dean looks back but only sees a man in a towel to which Ganesh exclaims to Dean to "mind his own business." He later gathers in a meeting room with the other gods and starts to discuss the Apocalypse. When Lucifer arrives, Ganesh gets up and attacks Lucifer but is killed when Lucifer overpowers him.
